Property work & compliance coordination

For property managers, landlords and estate teams.

We support property teams with outstanding inspection items, remedial works, quote chasing, contractor coordination and evidence close-out. The focus is simple: know what is open, who is dealing with it, what is waiting for approval, and what evidence is still missing.

  • Outstanding inspection items
  • Remedial works requiring quotes
  • Contractor attendance and scheduling
  • Certificates and completion evidence
  • High-priority issues needing escalation
  • Simple status reporting

What we can help organise

  • Electrical/EICR remedial quotes and follow-up
  • Fire door repair or adjustment works
  • Emergency lighting reports and remedials
  • Gas safety certificate follow-up
  • Water hygiene or legionella-related actions
  • Asbestos register or survey evidence coordination (specialist review where required)
  • General property repairs linked to compliance or safety issues
  • Contractor insurance, RAMS or competence evidence checks

How we keep work requests moving

Behind the scenes, we use a structured internal works tracker to keep each request visible from the first message through to quote, approval, completion and evidence. This helps avoid the common problem of work getting lost across emails, spreadsheets and contractor messages.

What this means in practice

  • Each request is logged against a client, property or site.
  • Quote status and approval status are tracked separately.
  • Contractor follow-up is recorded.
  • Evidence such as certificates, reports, photos or completion notes is chased.
  • Simple status updates can be prepared from the current tracker position.

For now, this is an internal coordination tool used by London Safety Compliance to manage follow-up and status updates; it is not a public client portal.
